Ameritas Leaderboard is an application updated monthly on PW and lists individual agent and agency production by product line. Leaderboard:
allows agents to monitor their progress toward Conference or Club qualification
provides recognition of sales leaders and their agencies.
displays photos of top producers as a means of promoting their achievements.

Data is uploaded each month to the app manually by Brian Kasselman in Field Relations. He is the only associate who knows how to do this and it takes a minimum of 16 hours per month to do. The customer facing part of Leaderboard is Java and the internal part of Leaderboard is ASP supported by Doug Molter. Not only does this app need a rewrite but also an updated design per ADS standards, automated data and a review of the page reports to determine if they are meeting the needs of the users.
