Go paperless on client correspondence copies to agents

Mail received from home office comes in a huge envelope that is weeks old by the time it hits an agent's desk. If they could get notifications on PW instead they would be real-time and could be acted upon immediately, when necessary. The delay in receiving paper copies greatly decreases the window of opportunity for the agent to interact with a customer in a timely manner.

    I do not agree. Agent should have a hard copy to creat another or second meeting whit the insured person or entity. This cause a healthy way in getting to the client or even friends of the client to hear about insurance products and creat new opportunities for agents as well as insured individuals, to connect and persuade.
