Allowing a user to select from a list of "quick links" that they may add to their dashboard provides a customized feature to make the agent more productive. These links might include: eApply, Create an Illustration, Find People, Book of Business(CSS), AIC Access, Manage Licensing & Contracting, etc.
Ryan Beasley has asked for default buttons for all applicable users to "Leaderboard" and "eApply". Through research, we should determine if these are appropriate for specific user groups and if there are other defaults to consider.
